I was frustrated with the check-in policy at this hotel. Even though I arrived at 1:30 PM and the room was clean, I was forced to wait until exactly 2 PM to check in. The only staff member present, a ginger lady, offered no assistance or flexibility to help me get settled in any sooner.

We loved how close we were to Beija Flor Park, perfect for morning walks, and the quick access to Museu de Arte de Goiania made exploring the city a breeze after a quick breakfast at the hotel.

Check-in only at 2 PM sharp!!! The hotel looks old, not like the photos. WiFi issues, the pool closed, and fitness center lacks working machines and air conditioning!!!

Couple with nice stay experience

The shuttle driver Vilmar was very nice,, and also Paula in the front desk was very polite. They made everything simple which was a relief.

The cost was pretty steep but still acceptable.

It was just a strong match for a weekend respite in Goiania with great value for the money. The check-in was quick and efficient, which made our late arrival easy. Arrive at check-in time. no early arrivals are allowed.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with clean, spacious rooms and a delicious free breakfast. The sound level was tolerable, making our experience even better. I’d definitely come back!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I was blown away by the facilities! The indoor swimming pool was crystal clear and perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day. The sauna and steam room were very nice for relaxation And let’s not forget the really good service from the staff, especially Vilmar and Paula.

This place suits me perfectly! The excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely bar area meet all my needs. I remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I highly recommend it!

stayed at plaza inn for one night, and it was a great experience. the location is close to the city center, making it easy to explore. the executive double room was excellent, and i particularly appreciated the friendly service from vilmar, the shuttle driver, and paula at the front desk. the fitness center and steam room were a big plus too!
